FAQs

Where is the studio located?

The studio is located in Milwaukee, WI. The exact address will be shared with you after you’ve completed the artist screening and booked your session.

What kind of recording do you offer?

AUXGOD specializes in vocal recording over 2-track instrumentals and stems. We do not currently record live instruments. Services include recording, mixing, mastering, and vocal editing/tuning.

How do I book a session?

All sessions are booked through our online booking system FOUND HERE. To secure your time slot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Once we receive your deposit and review your artist screening form, we’ll confirm your session and send you the studio address.

Do I need to bring my own beats or instrumentals?

Yes. Please have your 2-track instrumental or stems ready before the session. We recommend bringing files in WAV or MP3 format on a USB drive or sending them in advance via email/Dropbox/Google Drive.

Can I bring guests with me?

You may bring one approved guest. Please let us know ahead of time. Large entourages are not allowed, as this is a private home studio.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

What if I’m late to my session?

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally booked time. Please plan ahead to make the most of your time.

WHAT IF I FINISH MY SESSION EARLY?

Your booked time is reserved exclusively for you, whether you use the full block or not. If you finish recording early, you’re welcome to use the remaining time for extra takes, ad-libs, harmonies, rough mixes, or to review your files. Unused time is not refundable, so we always recommend coming prepared to get the most out of your session.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?

If you’d like to extend your session, let us know as soon as possible. Additional time can be added at our hourly rate, as long as the studio schedule allows. If there’s another booking right after yours, extensions may not be possible — so we recommend booking enough time upfront to avoid feeling rushed.

Can I film or record video content during my session?

Yes, it’s allowed. We understand that many artists like to capture behind-the-scenes content or session footage. All we ask is that filming doesn’t interfere with the recording process and that you respect the studio space while doing so.
